Signal → Emotion → Response

CGM information can help families observe glucose patterns and trends. But an alarm can also trigger an emotional response — high, low, double arrows, rapid change.

The goal of this module is not to teach insulin dosing or replace your child's prescribed diabetes plan. The goal is to help families practice separating the signal from the emotion, and the emotion from the response.

Always follow your individualized diabetes management plan and contact your diabetes care team with medical questions.

High PQ™ for T1D provides educational and resilience-building resources and does not provide medical advice. Always follow your individualized diabetes management plan and consult your qualified healthcare team regarding medical decisions. Safety & Program Boundaries
