Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

By using this website and the programs of the Kendall Wyche Foundation, Inc. ("the Foundation," "we," "our"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Our programs

The Resilience Bridge™, T1D Pivot Play™, and related resources are educational and resilience-building programs offered free of charge to families. They are not medical advice, do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage Type 1 diabetes, and are not a substitute for care from qualified healthcare professionals. Always follow your established diabetes care plan and consult your healthcare team. See our Safety & Program Boundaries.

Accounts

Family accounts are intended to be created and managed by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the programs or attempt to access data belonging to others.

Acceptable use

  • Use the programs for their intended educational and family-support purposes.
  • Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, responses, or donation records.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Do not submit false or misleading information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Resilience Bridge™, T1D Pivot Play™, High PQ™, site content, module materials, and the Kendall Wyche Foundation name and logo are the property of the Foundation. Families may use the materials for personal, non-commercial use. Organizations wishing to deliver the programs must obtain a license — see our Licensing page.

Donations

Donations are processed securely by our payment provider. One-time and monthly gifts are tax-deductible as allowed by law; the Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Monthly gifts can be canceled at any time through your donor portal or by contacting us. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we will work with you to make it right.

Institutional licensing

License applications submitted through this site are requests, not agreements. A license becomes effective only when both parties sign a written license agreement. License terms, fees, reporting, and support are defined in that agreement.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and programs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Foundation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or programs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its revision date. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
