Safety & Program Boundaries
High PQ™ for T1D: The Resilience Bridge™ provides educational and resilience-building resources. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or manage Type 1 diabetes and is not a substitute for medical advice, individualized diabetes care plans, emergency protocols, or guidance from qualified healthcare professionals.
In an urgent medical situation
Follow your established diabetes emergency plan and seek appropriate medical assistance. Call 911 for emergencies. For emotional crisis support, call or text 988.
What the program will never generate
- Insulin dosing recommendations
- Carbohydrate-treatment instructions
- Medication changes
- Individualized glucose-management instructions
- Emergency medical decisions
Any scenario involving medical action directs the participant back to their established care plan, caregiver, an appropriate responsible adult, or their healthcare team.
Privacy and measurement
We never ask for glucose values, insulin doses, medical records, or diagnosis documentation. The optional Resilience Bridge™ Check-In uses an anonymous code on your device, not your name. Program analytics are intended to understand engagement and perceived resilience outcomes. They are not clinical outcome measures.
